What Can I Expect During a Distant Reiki Session?
Here is some information about what to expect in a Distance Reiki session.
Each Distance Reiki session is booked in advance and the duration of the session is approximately 30-40 minutes. During a session, the client will be lying down on their bed to receive the energy. The sessions are deeply relaxing and many clients report that they fall asleep during the session which is fine too as they are still receiving the energy. In some cases clients can feel warmth, tingling or energy running through their bodies which is the Reiki energy.
WHAT IS THE PREPARATION AND FOLLOW-UP FOR RECEIVING A DISTANCE REIKI SESSION?
To enhance the Distance Reiki sessions, I recommend practicing some slow deep breathing to relax the body before the session and taking an Epsom salt bath is also beneficial for clearing toxins and relaxing the muscles. After the session, it is ideal to avoid strenuous exercise and stressful activities. Also, I recommend avoiding or limiting the use of cell phones and computers as these can interfere with the healing process. It is also best to drink plenty of water after the session.
