Office Policies
Advance booking and prepayment:
For all first time clients, prepayment in full is required. Payments must be made through Zelle and is required at the time of booking the appointment to hold their timeslot. Please note that this amount is non-refundable. If the client has to reschedule their appointment, time, this information will be noted in the client's file and rebooking can be done within 3 months of the cancelled appointment date.
Cancellation policy:
Appointment confirmation is required between the client and therapist 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. If clients have not confirmed their appointment within 24 hours, their timeslot may be offered to another client on a waiting list.
If a client cannot make it to their appointment and doesn't contact the therapist in advance, they will be charged a $50 late charge.
